HOW TO USE

Step 1: Brush teeth thoroughly with water and rinse.

Step 2: Apply a thin layer of the gel, avoid gums.

Step 3: Insert the mouthpiece and start the LED; the device switches off automatically after 15 minutes. Rinse mouth and device well. For the next 30 minutes, drink water only.

For best results: Use daily for 10–14 days. Then take a break of several weeks or months; refresh results as needed.
